WELL, HELLO MY FRIENDS!
I'm so excited because I've just tried making my very first microwave brownie!!
(The above picture was from the net because I can't find my picture - I deleted a whole chunk of it after backing up. Sorry, but mine looks exactly the same!!!)
/throws confetti/ /yay/ /wooshwooshboomz/
I predict I'll not publish this as soon as I'm done with this post, because well, I don;t actually know what's always holding me back from publishing my drafts...
It's probably the "perfectionist" side of me acting up because I'd never want to have errors/mistakes in my blog posts and I cannot tolerate grammatical errors (which are really obvious to me).
Enough of me, let's start let's start let's start!!
(I actually found this recipe on pintrest, but did some alterations to the amount of ingredients I use because... Diet is important LOL)
-
Things/Ingredients you need:
Microwave oven
1 medium-large size cup
1/4 cup of Self-raising flour (I don't have a measuring cup, so I converted 1 cup to 4 tablespoon)
1/4 cup of Sugar (Better to be fine)
2 tablespoon of Cocoa powder
2 tablespoon of Cooking oil (2 tablespoon was too much for me, so I reduced it to 1/2 tablespoon)
3 tablespoon of Water
Icing sugar (To sprinkle on top of your brownie afterwards)
Instructions:
1) Add all ingredients into a cup, except for the icing sugar.
2) Mix all of the ingredients together until you get a smooth, molten/lava-ish consistency.
3) Put the cup into the oven - I chose the "simmer" mode, for 1 minute and 40 seconds.
4) Dance and wait excitedly. (I was eagerly monitoring the whole process - too excited.)
/DIIIINNGGGGGG/
5) Hold it - Sprinkle any amount of icing sugar on top of your brownie.
6) DIG IN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (Be careful, it's hot! I actually burnt myself LOL)
