SCHOOL VACATION: II

HEY THERE, MY VIRTUAL FRIENDS!!!!!!!

First thing first, let me bow down to apologise to you for the lack of updates and as promised, this post is gonna be the continuation of my previous post - School Vacation!!!

damn it, because of the link I did up there(to my previous post), I over-copied the "(6)" of my vacation which I cut from my previous post ughhhhhhh - if you understand... Now I have to re-type (6), and I bet it's gonna be shorter. Dang.

6) FAIL PLANS, COLD WARS AND GRATITUDE
The day after Mei's birthday, I had a Zumba sesh "date" set with my cousin, Joey.

It was held at Punggol area form 7pm-9pm and I only recalled it at around 4pm that day, at Mei's house.
When I recalled about the Zumba sesh, I asked Mei and Min if they wanted to tag along, FOR FREE, and they(maybe only one of them haha- hi! if you're reading this) were so indecisive and I kinda got a little bit annoyed because by the time they settled their minds, it was already 6pm and ya, I knew we were gonna be late and I was kinda unhappy....
Then blahblahblah, while on the way to Punggol, it was already 8.30pm, so I figured that we might reach there and only join the warm down part LOL
Hence, me being the spontaneous Szes, decided to head to Chomp Chomp for good food since we've not had our meal for > 5 hours.

When we were there, something very infuriating, annoying, upsetting, disappointing and mostly retard happened - I shall spare the looonnng details.
I decided to ignore Min, and despite the hunger I've suppressed for hours, I decided to be stubborn and not eat when they were eating at some muslim coffeeshop.
(yeah, NOT Chomp Chomp -_-)
Soon, Joey cabbed down after knowing that I kinda fell out with my friend and we decided to have dinner together.

She brought me to this Korean restaurant and oh. my. lord. - The korean dishes were dabomb.com.
The ambiance, the songs, the food, the cheery Korean lady boss - I thought I was in Korea, no kid.
I swear, the photos aren't deceiving okay, y'all should go have a try!!!

7) WHEN MY DEAREST LOVER COMES BACK

Prior to all that, Idris went on a school exchange trip with his team to Chiang Mai, Thailand. 

I was love sick. I was love sick. I was love sick. 

I missed him so much and not a day went by that I'm not missing my baby :'( 

Aww. 

He was away for five days, I guess. 

I went to the airport to fetch him on the day he flew back, wanting to do a drama reunion hug with him.....but we didn't because my mum called at the wrong time ugh.

I was so happy because he's finally back and guess what? 

He bought soooooooooo many souvenirs back for me. I was fighting the laughter when he showed me what he bought because he looked like a kid - so happy, excited, wanting me to love the presents he bought.

8) JOB INTERVIEW, MAKE-UP CHOMP CHOMP DATE

I just can't

Min tweeted: "@SzesF_ taking picture of the grass by the road......" NOT GRASS OK!

The thing I love about having these ladies as my BFF is that, we've grown to handle fights in the most mature manner possible.

Limin sent me a video of us from when we were 13 till now the next day we had that "Cold War". The funny thing was, she didn't know I was mad at her and she wasn't mad at me in the first place (something else was bothering her, not me). 

We fight, we break up. We kiss, we make up.

Totally. Ha. 

So, we went out together for a job interview and we got the job as baristas at CBTL, Forum Shopping Mall. 
After that, Min promised to make it up to me by cabbing down to Chomp Chomp to have an early dinner. Hahaha. 

(Camwhoring sesh in the cab, yes.)

 

The both of us excitedly cabbed down to Chomp Chomp and guess what? 

IT WAS CLOSED FOR CLEANING. 

FML RIGHT?!

In the end, we ended up eating Korean food again. HAHAHAHAHA 

After that, I brought her around and introduced Udders to her because she have been living in a cave since I-don't-know-when. Hahaha

9) MID-AUTUMN FESTIVAL

Met up with my basketball coaches and some seniors for a "10KM" walk at Waterfront@Punggol (?) to celebrate Mid-Autumn festival. 

Picnicked over female coach's dishes, mmhmm. Her cooking is third best to mine hehehe. Mum's first, of course.

After the meal, we had the walk while playing with fireworks(?) and lanterns. 

Ended off the day burning calories yay. 

10) FAM LADIES NIGHT OUT

Went to JB the other day, initially planning to go for a massage session with mum and sis but it was cancelled because mummy came back late from work....so we decided to just head in for a meal since Malaysia is just a bridge away from my home. 

Yes, just two customs away.

I was craving for Chinese food,

/starts singing that Chinese food song lol/ 

 so we had Chinese food at City Square Mall because we were all famished!! Hehe

12) I LOVE TO EAT. I LOVE FOOD.  I LOVE TO COOK, TO BAKE.

Did I mention that I actually loooove to whip up food for my family, friends and myself? 

No?

Hahaha okay, now you know.

Provided they (food) are edible and taste superb to me haha.

I love cooking, because when I do, I cook without a recipe and I experience myself with my creativity and taste buds. I can add anything I think is legit into my food and try to whip rainbows up. Chefs will/might call it "japalang", but I will call it "my style". Hahahaha

So far, I haven't gotten any bad remarks from my sister, brother and Idris about my spaghetti, fried rice and instant noodles okay!!! 

Of course, I've failed before....but I didn't allow anyone to eat LOL

If you're lucky enough, you might be able to try my cooking one very fine day...

LOOOOK (I'm drooling OMG)

One morning, while I my sleeping disorder was haunting me, I got up from the bed and decided to bake an "instant" brownie which literally takes less than 10 minutes to bake. 

You'd be like: 

"WHUAAAAAAAT"

But, UH-HUH!!!! 

Yes,10 minutes to a tasty, cholcolatey brownie!

I'll post up the recipe soon okay? (Drafted it already /wink/)

The other snack I'm recently into is the honey cornflakes!!!! 

ITS DA YUMMY YUM YUM OKAY!!!

I made it, wanting to treat the guests of my brother's 21st birthday BBQ but before I could bring them out, 3/4 of it were g-o-n-e! 

I'm not gonna praise myself but, it really tasted sooooo dope. Hehe 

I'll try to put up simple recipes to share them with you guys so y'all can make it yourselves and have a happy tummy okay? 

In the meantime, go exercise and stay healthy!
