SCHOOL VACATION

Hey there!

I'm back this time to do some serious updating to my blog!! /pushes specs up/

Reason being- 

ONE. I promised to do a weekly update but..... /sighs/ 

TWO. New semester is starting really really soon

THREE. Get rid (in a good way) of the photos in my phone to make more space for new photos etc.

FOUR. I miss blogging (seriously serious) 

Before I start, let me ask y'all a very very very simple question........

kekeke, this is ridiculous, but this song is one of my many favourite songs because it is catchy and annoying LOL legit? Yes. 

Please take a minute to speak -  k. stop. 

Anyway, the reason why I have soooooo many drafts saved is because sometimes, I tend to just open up the Blogger app from my phone and start typing down sentences, thoughts and ideas but I'd stop halfway because I had to tap out of the train or it's time to shop LOL 

Then, when I reach home and start to read what I've typed and saved earlier on, I realised that the posts were not in coherent sentences for general public to read, damn, but they are worth a million buck to me hahahaha. 

Another reason is, I always get distracted when I blog at home!!!! I can never sit still and finish one blog post and publish it - I'd spend days, weeks and sometimes, even months to really sit down, edit and publish it. /SIGH/

I have a "premonition" that I'd stop this post halfway again LOL

1) I PAINT

Just a random night when my body clock decided to play with me and made me stay up all night till morning....and so, I decided to paint.... one (random) picture because while I was starting on the second painting, a moth decided to accompany me through the night but I was just too scared of it. /sigh/ 

Imagine the moth crying the whole night because I didn't want to accompany or play with it, tsk.

2) I CUT MY OWN FRINGE

Yes, did you know I've always cut my own fringes (or my mum - she was a hairdresser)? 

Now you know why they are so awesome. 

(but I got a good lesson from my hairdresser later on when I visited the salon - meh)

3) NS ENLISTMENT DAY - MY ARMY BRO 

On the 11th of September, my fat and soon-to-be 21 year old bratha (brother) was enlisted into the Army for his BMT/NS! 

The whole family woke up early in the morning to send him off - we're all very proud of him :') 

In case you're wondering, yes, NS made my brother look fitter and I think saving his contact as "FATASS BRUH" in my phone is no longer legit. 

He's really a grown man already - Ah boy to man. 

Tell y'all a secret, I actually cried a liiiiiiiiiiitle when the National Anthem was played and I looked at my bro, and - I just started to imagine him going to war for the country... OMG NOOOOO :'( 

I'm. So. Proud. Of. My. Korkor. 

Something weird I found discovered that day too, the waters surrounding Tekong - 

THEY ARE OF A BLUISH-GREEN TINT AND CLEAR!!! 

Let me share some (two) pictures with you: 

I ended the day off by spending some time with my BestFuckin'Friends (BFFs) baking at Min's house but sorreeeeee me haz no time for photo taking. 

It was well-spent though. 👍

(Oh, we baked macaroons but failed -.-)

4) SOME TIME TO MYSELF 

Honestly speaking, I've been feeling so damn damn damn sore for not being able to succeed in baking pretty/legit macarons, because I once, back in year 2010/2011(?), spent $60 on buying ingredients for the damn baking session and failed terribly. 

OMG, I swear I could buy 30 odd of macarons from the pastry/bakery shop fml. 

And on the day I baked with my BFFs after sending my bratha off to Army Land. 

Then, ramdon me being randomly ambitious - what I called 'Rambitious', decide to give it a try and was soooooo driven into making it right this time round.... And yes, I kinda did it! 

I got the batter right, I got the "pits", no cracks, perfectly (to me) shaped macarons that tasted really really legit LOL (overusing this word because I can zzz)

JUST THAT, my dumb oven had to spoil it /SUPERBIGSIGH/ 

I swear they were really gonna reach the perfecto(yet again, to me) stage if not for the faulty/strange/stupid oven my family owned. It has always been giving me problems like getting burnt OR under-baked cookies, cakes. Always had to screw up my pastries' endings :(

I (MY PARENTS) MUST GET (ME) A NEW BAKING OVEN!!!!! >:(

I'm really angsty when it comes to me failing at things I expected myself to do well in because I'm that competitive (I compete with myself) and I crave for accomplishments in whatever I do.
Is this a mental illness?
Maybe.

I will succeed next time. >:d

5) BFF/SQUIDDY'S BIRTHDAY SURPRISESSSSSSS
